Business Development Specialist

HOMEstretch growing in Greenville/Spartanburg, SC — and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. WHO WE ARE HOMEstretch is a fast-growing home preparation services company helping real estate agents and homeowners get properties market-ready — fast. We are a local business with national brand exposure. We provide: Junk removal Interior & exterior painting Landscaping Cleaning And more Founded in 2019, HOMEstretch is expanding nationwide, and the upstate is a key growth market. This is your opportunity to be one of the early team members and make a real impact within the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO You’ll represent HOMEstretch in the upstate— building strong relationships with realtors and clients, generating new opportunities, and drive repeat business. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and referral partners Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate new business Set appointments and support listing consultations Increase brand awareness through presentations and local engagement Track outreach activity and report progress to ownership Represent HOMEstretch professionally and confidently in the market WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT 2+ years of relationship-based sales experience preferred Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking Familiarity with real estate, construction, or home services (a strong plus) Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-starter who can execute without micromanagement Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset Reliable, presentable vehicle Must live in the Upstate of SC COMPENSATION AND PERKS Vehicle allowance Growth opportunities based on value brought to the organization Supportive leadership and strong team culture ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES This role will also support field operations when needed (quality control checks, light project oversight, etc.), offering hands-on exposure to the business.
