Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions while actively promoting a safe and supportive environment.

• Employ behavioral strategies and interventions to help clients overcome personal obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
