Assist customers with booking transportation services Schedule, update, and confirm ride reservations Maintain accurate booking records and customer information Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling and availability Follow up on appointment confirmations and service updates Perform data entry and general administrative tasks Support daily office operations as needed Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Salary Range
