Responsibilities Care for a spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day, seeing a panel of families and individuals through both chronic illnesses and acute concerns. The provider is the anchor of an integrated clinical team, including medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers, and others. The successful candidate may be flexible in providing care across our clinic system, working with multiple colleagues from week to week, or may be located in a home clinic.
