What You’ll Be Doing Client Consultations: Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess their tree care needs Diagnose, Educate, & Recommend: Identify tree health issues and propose effective solutions for clients that are in their best interest Estimate & Scope: Develop detailed work plans and accurate estimates for our crews. Take detailed notes to set crews up for success Close Deals: Turn consultations into satisfied customers with your sales prowess. Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution. Stay Organized: Utilize our CRM and tools like CompanyCam to keep everything on track. What We’re Looking For Experience: Experience in tree care or arboriculture. 3+ years is preferred but anyone is welcome to apply. Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell services and build client relationships. Ability to follow a sales process. Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent is a plus. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps. Physical Fitness: Able to lift 20‑30 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
