As a critical member of the leadership team, you will drive revenue growth-oriented marketing programs through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation.The ideal candidate has proven experience building high-performing demand generation engines at early-to-mid-stage start-ups. Deep experience in B2B SaaS, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize the revenue funnel are essential to the role.What You'll Own and DriveRevenue Marketing StrategyOwn the marketing pipeline and revenue targets, integrating demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital-first pipeline creation to support Betterworks' ambitious growth goals.Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs, including digital marketing, ABM, and events.Continuously measure and optimize marketing performance to improve ROI and ensure alignment with sales objectives.Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling messaging that resonates with CHROs and Talent leaders, including purchase decision influencers including the CFO and HR IT.Collaborate with Sales, Field Enablement, and Customer Success to develop deal support strategies that accelerate deal velocity and improve customer expansion.Leadership & Team DevelopmentMentor and scale a high-performing revenue marketing team across demand gen, digital, and field marketing.Foster a culture of continuous experimentation, innovation, and accountability.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels.Who You Are10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving pipeline growth.Deep understanding of modern marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions —including always-on digital demand gen and multi-threaded ABM approaches.Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing teams that deliver measurable revenue impact.Strong expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), ABM (6Sense,) CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates.Experience working directly in the HR technology space is preferred.Exceptional storytelling and messaging expertise; able to translate complex solutions into compelling business value for Talent leaders.Hands-on and strategic; a leader who can set the vision and execute with precision.Ability to manage a distributed team across time zones, spanning the West Coast to the UK.Why Join Us?Lead revenue marketing for a high-growth SaaS company with an expanding customer base.Work alongside a high-caliber leadership team that values innovation, accountability, and customer-centric growth.Make a direct impact on company revenue and market expansion while building a world-class marketing function.What We All DoAll employees share the responsibility of being aware of information security risks and adhering to information security policies and procedures.All employees are required to participate in information security awareness and training programs.All employees are responsible for handling data in accordance with data classification and handling guidelines.
