Account Manager

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing your territory while delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of on- and off-premise accounts

• Build trusted relationships with customers

• Identify new distribution opportunities and increase sales within existing accounts

• Represent Company's portfolio of leading wine and spirits brands

• Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives

• Analyze sales data to maximize territory performance

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and new products

• Participate in sales meetings, ride-withs, and ongoing training

This is a field-based sales position designed for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and taking ownership of their success.

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years of age

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

• Comfortable using an iPad, smartphone, and CRM technology

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and spend most of the workday in the field

No industry experience? That's okay.
