Sales Recruiter

A growing Dallas-based organization is seeking a talented Sales Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong partnerships with hiring managers is essential. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Present market insights and hiring trends to hiring managers and leadership. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Assist with employer branding initiatives, networking events, and workforce planning efforts.
