Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical limitations and rehabilitation needs of your patients, developing tailored treatment plans to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and body mechanics education, to alleviate discomfort and restore function.
• Regularly document patient progress, treatment responsiveness, and overall outcomes, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Continuously monitor and modify treatment plans based on patient progress, providing essential feedback and encouragement to foster motivation and engagement.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment objectives, techniques, and preventative strategies, ensuring comprehensive understanding of care methods.
• Utilize exercise and rehabilitation equipment effectively, and provide guidance on the use of assistive devices when indicated, to promote independence in daily activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to stay informed of the latest therapeutic techniques and innovations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid DPT license in the State of Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
