Kitchen Manager (Bakery Café) - Springfield, VA - $40,000 to $60,000 per year

Paris Baguette is a bakery café brand known for breads, pastries and cakes baked fresh in house, served alongside a full café menu. This Springfield location is franchise owned and hiring the leader who will run its back of house.

What You'll Do

• Run back of house from the early morning bake through close

• Own the daily production plan so the cases stay full at peak and waste stays low

• Control food cost, ordering, receiving and inventory

• Hire, train and schedule the kitchen and production team

• Hold food safety and sanitation standards on every shift

• Partner with the General Manager on labor targets and daily sales goals

✅ What We Need

• 2+ years leading a kitchen, bakery or food production team

• Hands on experience with food cost and inventory control

• ServSafe certification, or willing to certify within 30 days

• Comfortable with early morning starts

• Available weekends and holidays as the business requires

• Bakery, pastry or scratch production background

• Experience opening a new store or running a remodel

• Bilingual English and Spanish
