Partnering with senior leaders, the full-time remote Director, HR Business Partner - Global Tax and Treasury will translate function strategy into people and culture priorities, focusing on organizational design, leadership development, and talent management. Key responsibilities Leads people and culture processes, including talent assessment and performance management Provides practical solutions to enhance performance, engagement, and productivity within the function Partners in developing people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational transformation Required qualifications A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 10 years or more Experience working with global senior leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations Expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that drive transformation and high performance Experience in supporting specialized functions such as Tax or Treasury
