Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping & Laundry to lead our Environmental Services team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction throughout the facility.

• Lead, train, schedule, and support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams.

• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• Develop cleaning schedules and quality assurance processes.

• Manage department staffing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and budget management.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and infection control regulations.

• Prepare for and participate in state surveys.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while maintaining exceptional customer service for residents, families, and staff.

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting required.

• Supervisory or management experience required.

• Knowledge of infection prevention and environmental services best practices.

• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and departmental budgeting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work alongside the team as needed.
