Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
OTE: $90,000 – $140,000+
Work Style: Business Development | Calls, Email, LinkedIn & Client Meetings

Staffing industry experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience selling staffing, recruiting, or professional services will receive priority consideration.

We are hiring a Staffing Sales Executive (Bilingual Spanish/English) to help grow our professional staffing division throughout South Florida.

This is a true hunter-style sales role focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, relationship building, networking, and client meetings.

The ideal candidate is confident making outbound calls, building pipelines, setting appointments, and developing long-term client relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business owners.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build a pipeline of companies hiring for professional and office-based positions
• Schedule and attend client meetings with HR managers, hiring managers, and business owners
• Present staffing and recruiting solutions for:
  • Administrative & Office Support
  • Accounting & Finance
  • HR & Operations
  • Customer Service & Professional Roles
• Negotiate staffing service agreements and close new accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship development with prospects
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to fulfill client hiring needs quickly and effectively
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and sales organization
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• 1+ year of B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Ability to generate business without provided leads
• Professional presence in both phone and in-person meetings
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
• Experience managing pipelines and maintaining consistent sales activity
