Payroll Assistant

Job TitleJambrina CPA PC is a local tax and accounting office. We offer professional working environment with opportunities for growth and development, in a relaxed, friendly, and flexible atmosphere.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect and summarize timekeeping information.Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.Data Entry into spreadsheets and payroll systemConduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning etcParticipate and support payroll projectsReview incoming mails and respond to agency noticesMaintaining and updating employee records on payroll system and master files.Keep track of pay periods, wages salaries and PTOEnsuring Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.Maintaining physical and electronically payroll records.Other duties as assignedRequired QualificationExcellent data entry skill1 years experience in payrollAssociate in accounting or related fieldHigh level of attention to detail and strong organizational skillStrong communication skillsAbility to multi task efficientlyExperience with ADPBilingual- English and Spanish
