Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, leveraging your clinical expertise to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals, ensuring that each treatment plan is client-centered and evidence-based.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective techniques.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment interventions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This could range from anxiety and depression to severe stress and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will be critical as you guide clients toward improved mental health outcomes and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted license in the state of Arizona to practice independently as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated ability to make informed professional evaluations, create effective treatment plans, and recommend appropriate interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
