Travel LPN - Evening Shift

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our evening shift team

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide vital signs as needed

• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or acute care setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings
