What We're Looking For:

• Passionate and experienced nursing leader.

• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of long-term care regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop nursing staff.

• A collaborative professional dedicated to providing outstanding resident-centered care.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing required.

• Minimum of five years of long-term care or acute care nursing experience preferred.

• At least two years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing Skilled Nursing Facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 24-hour leadership and oversight of the Nursing Department to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care.

• Direct, mentor, and support nursing staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.

• Oversee resident care planning to ensure compliance with physician orders, regulatory requirements, and facility policies.

• Monitor clinical performance, quality measures, infection prevention initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

• Participate in admissions decisions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.

• Lead daily clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Participate in management meetings to review resident care, census, staffing, and operational priorities.

• Serve as the facility's clinical leader and assume responsibility for facility operations in the absence of the Administrator.
