VP IR & Fundraising @ Credit Fund

Coda Search is partnering with a leading asset manager with offices located in NYC. The firm has over $100BN AUM and operates across multiple strategies, including alternatives.

As the credit platform continues to expand, the firm is seeking to hire a Vice President, IR within the Capital Formation team. This role will sit at the intersection of investment teams, investor relations, and capital formation and will play a key role in fundraising, investor engagement, and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead fundraising efforts with insitutional and consultants
• Serve as a key liaison between the investment team and institutional investors, helping communicate strategy performance, portfolio developments, and market positioning.
• Prepare and maintain investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, fund updates, and investment strategy presentations.
• Support the preparation of DDQs, RFPs, and ad-hoc investor requests.
• Work closely with investment teams, capital markets, investor relations, and operations to support product strategy execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience within asset management, private credit, investment banking, capital markets, or investor relations.
• Experience working with structured credit, private credit, etc
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio performance and deal pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality investor materials.
