Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Renewed Path Counseling, you will engage with clients in both individual and couple's therapy. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of families and couples to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at resolving issues related to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with clients, ensuring to create a safe and supportive environment that fosters open dialogue.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to address the psychological and emotional complexities of family dynamics.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other professionals and referring clients to additional services when needed to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including couples and families from various backgrounds. Your focus will include:

• Providing therapy for individuals dealing with separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and various family conflicts.

• Supporting clients experiencing job stress, medical issues, and significant life transitions.

• Addressing interpersonal challenges, such as mother/daughter conflicts, through family-centric therapy approaches.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license issued by the state of Illinois.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
