At Choice Rehabilitation, our leaders play an important role in supporting the therapists and managers who provide exceptional patient care every day. We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for 15+ skilled nursing facilities throughout Southeast Missouri. This position is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist with a strong skilled nursing and therapy management background who is ready to expand their impact beyond a single facility. As Regional Manager, you will work closely with Directors of Rehabilitation, facility leadership, and Choice upper management to strengthen therapy operations, develop successful teams, maintain compliance, and support high quality patient care throughout the region. What You’ll Do Provide leadership and operational oversight for therapy programs across 15+ skilled nursing facilities Lead, mentor, and support Directors of Rehabilitation and therapy teams throughout the region Ensure operations remain compliant with company, state, and federal requirements Partner with facility leadership to maintain strong relationships and address operational needs Support appropriate staffing and therapy coverage across facilities Monitor clinical and operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement regional goals and objectives Support recruitment, retention, and development of therapy leadership and clinical staff Promote consistent communication and collaboration between facility teams and Choice leadership Leadership at Choice Our Regional Managers are more than operational leaders.
