Lead Automation Engineer

Lead Automation Engineer, seeking a full-time professional with expertise in Blue Prism, AI, and Python to design, develop, and maintain RPA processes while leveraging advanced technologies for optimizing financial systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform Refactor legacy code and analyze existing Blue Prism "Code Stages" for performance improvements Collaborate with business analysts to translate process requirements into scalable automation designs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET, Python, or Java, with a strong background in RPA 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (V7) and multi-VM architectures Practical experience using AI models like Claude or GPT-4 for technical design and documentation Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) methodologies
