Benefits Manager

6 month contract with potential extension Responsibilities Lead the design, strategy, and continuous improvement of benefits programs across the Americas (medical, dental, disability, life, and voluntary benefits), using market trends, employee feedback, and utilization data. Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery from insurers, brokers, and third-party providers. Serve as a key lead for Workday benefits initiatives, including implementation, system optimization, documentation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Oversee annual open enrollment planning, communications, and execution while ensuring a positive employee experience. Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.) and advise leadership on legislative changes and impacts. Develop benefits communications and educational materials, conduct employee/partner presentations, and lead special projects such as vendor RFPs and new program implementations. Must-Haves 6+ years of progressive benefits experience with U.S. health and welfare plans, group insurance, disability programs and other ancillary benefits. Exceptional vendor management and high-touch client service skills. Significant experience with Workday benefits system and transformations. Experience ensuring compliance with required reporting and regulations e.g., Form 5500, PCORI, ACA reporting and summary plan descriptions.
