We seek Business Consultant | Business Analysis & Organizational Support candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as USCG. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Business Analysis & Organizational Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Program Management And Analytical Support Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Business Consultant [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. Supporting Categories:

Supports change-management and performance-measurement efforts, compliance assessments, team coordination, and senior briefingscommonly analytical/consulting scope with assesses compliance; coordinates teams; provides executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities and Duties - Business Consultant | Business Analysis & Organizational Support:

• Support change management execution (communications, training support, adoption tracking, stakeholder engagement).
• Support performance measurement (KPI definitions, data collection/validation, reporting, and insights).
• Assess compliance and policy alignment for process changes and deliverables; document findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; track actions, risks, and dependencies; maintain project artifacts.
• Draft and deliver executive-level briefings and decision-support materials.
• Support data and process analysis using tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI (if used), and basic Python scripting where applicable.

Desired Qualifications For Business Consultant | Business Analysis & Organizational Support [USCG13013] (USCG13013) Candidates:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field AND PMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent).

10 yrs; or 5 yrs with a Master's or higher.

Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Business Analysis & Organizational Support Functional Area Activities.

-Support OCM execution (stakeholder engagement support, communications, training coordination, adoption tracking)

Work to Program Management And Analytical Support Services For The United States Coast Guard Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC). The ProSidian Engagement Team employees shall generally perform all work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays).

TRAVEL: Contractor travel beyond the minimum local commuting area of fifty (50) miles from the primary place of performance will be required to support this contract.
