Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will collaborate with a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify specific therapy needs and objectives.
• Manage an efficient patient workload, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to create customized care plans that promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and document all services provided, maintaining clear communication with healthcare team members.
• Encourage patients to remain motivated throughout their treatment journey, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board infractions.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
