Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics
AbbVie
AbbVie seeks a Business Development Manager for its Facial Aesthetics portfolio in the San Francisco area. The role involves driving product adoption and sales growth across BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVEDERM fillers, and Kybella through consultative selling and market development activities.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and sales growth of Facial Aesthetics portfolio brands across designated territory
- Execute consultative selling strategies aligned with U.S. Sales and Marketing plans to meet assigned goals
- Provide technical product expertise and competitive differentiation to aesthetic customers
- Coordinate with cross-portfolio partners and support teams on integrated initiatives
- Maintain compliance with reporting, requests, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience with B2B2C sales background preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing principles and physician practice operations
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel four days weekly
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; excellent verbal and written communication
