Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a conduit between our clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, facilitating resource access and referrals.

• Maintain open channels of communication to meet contractual obligations while promoting the mission and vision of Pro Light Life Counseling Services in the community.

• Foster relationships with local agencies and organizations to advocate for our programs, identify new partnerships, and secure funding opportunities.

• Invest in your professional development through attending workshops, webinars, and industry conferences, representing the organization at relevant meetings.

• Emphasize the integration of our agency's mission and values into everyday practice and decision-making.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the ongoing success of our services and support for our clients.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including those in recovery from substance use, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients facing challenges related to acquired brain injuries. Your role contributes to improving their quality of life through personalized care and support, fostering their capacity for independence and resilience in the community.

Qualifications\n
