IUL Sales Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Leading a fully remote team of licensed Life Insurance Agents, the full-time Senior Manager, IUL will coach and mentor agents to exceed sales targets while fostering a dynamic and growth-oriented team environment. Key responsibilities: Manage and lead a remote team to achieve and surpass monthly sales goals Coach and train agents on performance improvement and sales strategies Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience At least 4 years in the telesales insurance industry in a management role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
