Trauma-Informed Family Shelter Case Manager

Brooklyn Community Services (BCS) is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, family-centered services in our Family Shelter. You will manage a caseload, develop service plans, connect families to housing, benefits, and supports, and document progress in CARES and DHS systems. The role reports to the Case Manager Supervisor, requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of case management experience in shelter or housing services, and may involve some evening hours at the shelter #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooklyn Community Services
