Housing Stability Advocate

Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County is seeking a Case Manager to provide direct services to clients in need of housing stability. The Case Manager will assess client needs, develop and implement individualized service plans, and connect clients with community resources. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency. The role also involves conducting client assessments, managing referrals for assistance, and supporting neighborhood stability through active engagement with landlords and community stakeholders.
