Human Resources Administrator

Position: HR Admin

Location: Rural Hall, NC (Onsite)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $21-25/hr

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support payroll processes, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll administration and timekeeping processes
• Review employee timesheets, attendance records, and payroll reports for accuracy
• Assist with payroll approvals and related documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality
• Generate basic HRIS and Excel reports as needed
• Provide administrative support for HR programs, policies, and procedures
• Partner with employees and managers to address routine HR-related questions
• Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience required
• Experience supporting payroll administration and timekeeping processes
• HRIS experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or other hourly workforce environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
