Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans to provide effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from individuals facing emotional distress and mental health challenges to those navigating the complexities of substance use disorders and developmental disabilities. You will be tasked with understanding the unique experiences of each client, building rapport, and fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

Qualifications\n
