Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Empower Strength Psychiatry Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Applying various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific concerns, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, while providing timely documentation of treatment sessions.

• Working closely with other mental health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care, including participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment approaches, and community resources to promote understanding and collaboration in their care journey.

• Managing a full caseload efficiently, ensuring that clients’ treatment goals are being met while adhering to the ethical standards of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your primary focus will be on a diverse demographic, primarily students, who present with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and various emotional and social issues. Qualifications\n
