Compensation below this minimum may be provided in accordance with employment status, collective bargaining agreements, and institutional guidelines. The Lecturer will present course materials during the assigned courses times, hold office hours, help proctor, grade exams and assignments, develop homework/exam questions and coordinate any other requirements related to the instruction of the course. Additional duties may include assisting students with laboratory activities. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience and effectiveness. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings. Immunization Requirements Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals , if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply.
