  Our current Front Office team member is undergoing a career change, and we are looking for a new Front Office team member to come aboard. The ideal person would LOVE working with people, be technologically savvy, and display emotional intelligence.  The perfect candidate would be content in a front office position and be looking for a long-term home and peaceful culture where they can shine and be appreciated.

• No incoming calls at the front desk
• No insurance verification at the front desk
• No authorizations at the front desk 
  Hours:  Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  
  FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Check in patients from the kiosk
• Make insurance updates if required
• Be able to read and understand patients' insurance benefits 
• Check out patients and collect the patients' portion of the charges
• Schedule follow-up appointments at check out
• Send medical records

• Qualifications:
  
  
  • 3 + years of healthcare front office experience
  • Check in and out for 3 providers
  • Ability to take ownership of the front office workflow
  • EMR experience required; eClinicalWorks a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • 3 + years of knowledge of insurance benefits
  • Welcoming personality
  • Warm phone etiquette
  • Typing skills 40+ words per minute
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
