What You'll Do Develop and manage relationships with small business clients Identify lending opportunities and recommend financial solutions Analyze credit requests and assist with underwriting and portfolio management Partner with customers to help them achieve their business goals Participate in community and business development activities Work closely with experienced lenders and bank leadership to gain exposure to commercial lending, credit, deposits, and other banking services What We're Looking For 2-5 years of banking, credit, or lending experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills Interest in commercial lending and small business banking Active involvement in the community or a desire to build local connections A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Why Bank of Little Rock?
