As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance MechanicLocation: Minneapolis, MN.Pay Range: $28.15 - $40.13/hourWhat's the Job?Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on corrugated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, printing presses, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls in a fast-paced production environment, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.Inspect, rebuild, and replace machine components including bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, cylinders, and other industrial equipment parts.Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain safety standards, and achieve plant performance goals.What's Needed?Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a production environment.Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices, equipment inspections, and machine reliability principles.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment documentation.Commitment to workplace safety with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a maintenance team.What's in it for me?Competitive pay ranging from $28.15 to $40.13 per hour.
