Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' orthopedic conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities aimed at improving patients' strength and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery techniques, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of adherence to therapy protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to create cohesive care plans for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
