Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' needs, history, and treatment goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.

• Write detailed therapeutic notes for each session, documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing interactive techniques to encourage engagement and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS).

• Support administrative tasks related to client management, including scheduling and insurance documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will address a wide range of mental health issues that may include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy).

• Must be licensed or closely licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in good standing.

• Registration with CAQH and paneling with Alameda Alliance is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; a differential salary will be offered for those fluent in Spanish or other languages.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working across a wide spectrum of mental health disorders and populations will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools will also enhance your effectiveness in delivering therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
