Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Detroit Lakes, MN. The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of control solutions projects from initial scope definition through delivery and post-implementation review. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and customers. The role also involves expediting project materials, monitoring logistics and inspections, resolving issues, and ensuring that quality, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. The Project Manager is expected to provide regular status updates, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives. Candidates should have experience with Project Management software such as MS Project, Wrike, Monday, etc. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Additional beneficial skills include strong organizational and communication abilities, proficiency with project management software, and experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and apply problem-solving and analytical thinking in a fast-paced setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
