Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by meeting with patients to evaluate their mental health status and specific therapy needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on individual evaluations, focusing on evidence-based approaches to address various mental health issues.

• Engage with clients regularly to provide ongoing support, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide referrals to specialized healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when a multi-disciplinary approach is warranted.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clientele, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. The ability to provide culturally competent care is essential, ensuring that every client feels understood and valued, regardless of their background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with a deep understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy while employing inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the development of therapeutic rapport and effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools.
