Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.

• Developing and implementing effective treatment plans that are tailored to individual client goals.

• Providing evidence-based individual therapy grounded in various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others.

• Regularly establishing therapeutic goals with clients and monitoring their progress towards these objectives.

• Offering teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients, accommodating their needs for remote support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine empathy for clients seeking help.

• A non-judgmental and compassionate attitude towards patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and knowledge of insurance procedures could also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
