Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining appropriate interventions based on individual needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address and manage client concerns.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote holistic wellness.

• Monitor client progress consistently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their conditions and needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
