Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic practice.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a client caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic or counseling role is preferred. Experience with diverse populations or expertise in specific therapeutic modalities is a plus, enabling tailored interventions that meet the specific needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
