Role summary The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories to maximize commercial value, reduce total cost of ownership, ensure supply continuity, and support business objectives. This role will manage a team, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive supplier performance and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field. Master's or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or senior/category lead role.
• Experience managing indirect and/or direct procurement categories relevant to the business.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic sourcing and complex negotiations.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and spend analytics tools.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,334.55 - $151,665.44. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
