Attorney - Remote

Salary: $70,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
• We need strong substantive and technical knowledge of the IV and NIV process, including experience with H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3 cases.
• Experience with EB-5 matters is preferred.
• We are looking for someone who can stay composed and focused in a busy environment.
• The role requires the ability to supervise and motivate paralegals and support staff.
• A detailed assessment of knowledge of U.S. immigration law will be part of the initial interview process.
• We ask applicants to provide a cover letter, resume, application, writing samples, and three professional references.
