Inside Business Development Representative

The Inside Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new and repeat business for environmental compliance and vegetation management services across a large, multi-region territory. This role focuses on qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities for clients with properties of six acres or less, primarily through phone, email, and virtual outreach. The Inside Business Development Representative also owns all annual service agreement renewals for accounts under six acres, managing a high-volume pipeline while meeting assigned sales quotas.

They must have the ability to multitask simultaneous responsibilities, with high quality output and meet quotas during potentially high-stress situations.

Essential duties and responsibilities include generating new and repeat business through inside sales activities, managing a large, multi-region territory focused on clients with properties of six acres or less, owning and managing all annual service agreement renewals for accounts under six acres, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, developing opportunities, and advancing prospects through the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and timely records of all sales activity, client communications, and opportunities within the CRM system, communicating with clients to assess needs and present tailored service solutions, preparing proposals, pricing, and related sales documentation, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, service fulfillment, and customer satisfaction, tracking pipeline performance and progress toward daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and quotas, participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities, adhering to company policies, procedures, and applicable safety and compliance standards, and performing additional duties as assigned.

No travel is required. Only travel required would be for company meetings.
