Medical Office Scheduler
Location: Allen, TX
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Requirements
Minimum 1 year recent outpatient healthcare/front-office experience within the past 3 years
Experience in urgent care, internal medicine, family practice, or similar outpatient settings
Strong patient-service and communication skills
Appointment scheduling and telephone experience
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinic
Education and previous employment must be verifiable
Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Week 1 orientation in Euless, TX
Does Not Qualify: SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Occupational Health, Dialysis, Home Health, Rehab, Health Insurance, or Remote experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients.
Perform patient check-in and check-out.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Maintain accurate patient and appointment information.
Provide front-office administrative support.
Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare staff.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
