This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a career in accounting or business operations. The Finance/Accounting Coordinator will support invoicing, account reconciliations, data entry, and general office administration. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the potential to grow into additional responsibilities over time. 

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables
• Willingness to learn lookup functions (VLOOKUP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering information
• Order office supplies
• Good analytical skills and the ability to compare documents and identify discrepancies
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and account reconciliations
• Comfortable working with data entry and routine administrative processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Create invoices in QuickBooks using shipping documents and sales orders from external systems
• Apply customer payments to open invoices and follow up on invoicing activities as needed
• Review and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks and other company systems
• Code credit card transactions and perform credit card account reconciliations
• Assist with account research and other accounting-related projects
• Order office supplies, and support general office needs
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team
• Perform miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties as assigned
