We are recruiting an active, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to command shift operations, drive profitability, and lead service execution at an upscale, high-volume Asian dining venue in Charleston, SC.

Reporting to senior ownership, you will take total ownership of front-of-house operations, financial metrics, and team performance. This role is built for a hands-on leader who leads from the dining room floor during peak volume while maintaining tight back-office controls.

What We Seek:

• 3+ years as a General Manager (or Senior AGM with full property operational oversight) in high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining venues. (Note: QSR and fast-casual backgrounds do not meet minimum qualification criteria.)
• Demonstrated experience managing P&Ls, scheduling to labor metrics, and controlling inventory variance.
• Hands-on experience with modern POS, reservation platforms, and inventory systems.
• Full flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-volume holidays.
