This full-time position offers between $80,000 and $105,000 annually, including a generous hire-on bonus. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by your clinical team, applying best practices in mental health counseling to monitor client progress.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to promote compliance and uphold the highest standards within our practice.

• Act as a liaison with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners to facilitate support and resources for clients.

• Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and support the organizational mission.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility, partnership opportunities, and funding prospects.

Qualifications\n
